All shipping costs are determined by Canada Post and the options will be displayed to you upon checkout. Please select the correct option as shipping costs are non-refundable. All items will ship out of Calgary, AB. Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order. This only applies to items available in stock on the website, and not custom orders. We cannot guarantee the delivery date, as this depends on Canada Post and mail volumes. Please take this into account when ordering items for a specific date. The Wild Heart YYC is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting Canada Post.Please note that duties may apply to items shipping outside of Canada are are the responsibility of the customer.

local delivery

Local delivery within Calgary, Alberta is free. Please ensure you select this option upon checkout. I will email you after your order goes through to confirm your local delivery address and date/time of delivery. Please ensure that there is a safe area I can leave your package if you will not be home.

local pickup

Local pickup in Calgary, Alberta is also available for free. Please ensure you select this option upon checkout. You will receive an email after your order goes through to arrange a date/time for pick up. Orders will be picked up in the SW Calgary.
