Last week taught me many things. Through the chaos of navigating a full clinic schedule, multiple academic responsibilities and a couple of breakdowns along the way - I realized one very important thing:
You have to put in the work.
Yes, it is much easier to throw your hands up, cocoon yourself in your favourite blanket and pretend that you won't ever have to face reality again. But, all those things you hope for, all those things you wish for... they won't happen unless you do the work.
So find your inspiration, whatever that is for you - that one thing that can pull you back onto your feet. Connect to it. Take a deep breath, and just do the work. I promise you, it is always worth it.
